Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Reichelscheimer’s practice focuses on advising clients on labor and employment matters arising in mergers & acquisitions, financial restructurings and other corporate transactions. She counsels employers on workforce-related matters, including evaluating employment risks and obligations, workforce integration and reorganization, employee transfers, hiring and terminations, as well as unionization and labor-management relations.
Ms. Reichelscheimer regularly advises clients on the design, implementation and enforcement of restrictive covenant agreements, including non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions. She also represents employers in an array of labor and employment disputes, employment contract negotiations and complex HR investigations.
