Hannah has advised international clients on energy, infrastructure, and renewable energy transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience includes advising lenders and sponsors on project finance, acquisitions of renewable energy portfolios, debt restructurings, and concession agreements.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, Hannah was an associate at a leading international law firm headquartered in the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and completed her Legal Practice Course with Distinction at BPP University London.
