Emmanuel specializes in debt finance transactions with a focus on European cross-border real estate finance and general corporate lending. He advises debt funds, banks, private equity sponsors, property developers and other real estate investors on all stages of commercial real estate debt.
His experience includes advising on commercial investment property financing, hotel financing, development financing, multifamily property financing, loan-on-loan financing and repurchase transactions.
