Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Wiafe specialises in debt finance transactions with a focus on European cross-border real estate finance and general corporate lending. He advises a wide range of clients including debt funds, banks, private equity sponsors, property developers and other real estate investors on all stages of commercial real estate debt.
Mr. Wiafe brings experience across diverse asset classes and financing structures, including commercial investment property, hospitality, development projects, multifamily property, loan-on-loan transactions and repurchase agreements.
