Edward specializes in finance, advising sponsors, finance parties and major corporates on the financing aspects of complex cross-border projects. His transactional experience extends to capital markets (both debt and equity), mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters across a diverse range of industries, which includes energy, mining, infrastructure, healthcare and technology.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, Edward was an associate of a US headquartered leading international law firm. He graduated with First Class Honors in Law from Queen Mary University of London and is admitted in England & Wales.
