Eamon has experience acting on a broad range of matters, including capital markets issuances, structured finance, leveraged finance and M&A.

- The initial purchasers and lenders in connection with Benteler International AG’s €600 million high yield bond offering and €1.4 billion senior facilities.
- A group of senior lenders on the recapitalisation of the Accell Group including the reduction of its previous €1.5 billion of liabilities and an injection of €235 million of extra liquidity.
- The funders to Nevel Oy on its €665 million refinancing.
- The finance parties in connection with GIP’s $560 million financing of a greenfield hyperscale data center in Thailand.
- Oaktree Capital Management in assuming ownership of Inter Milan Football Club.
- Kier Group on its debut bond issuance.
- Various top-tier CLO managers and arrangers in relation to European CLO transactions and bespoke structured lending and fund financing transactions.
