Drew's practice focuses on corporate aspects of private equity transactions. Drew has experience in various forms of domestic and international cross-border M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, mergers, restructurings, refinancings and secondaries.

Drew has recently represented:

• Vitruvian Partners on the sale of International Financial Group Limited to Cinven*
• ICG on its acquisition of the British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM)*
• Compass Partners on the sale of Infinitas Learning to NPM Capital*
• Stirling Square Capital Partners on its acquisition of Consensus Support Services from Caring Homes Group*
