Daniel Illhardt is co-author of various legal commentaries and handbooks, including "Münchener Kommentar zum Aktiengesetz" and "Beck'scher Online Grosskommentar". In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is a lecturer at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
