Dimitris has experience acting on a broad range of matters, with specific experience in international capital markets and finance transactions. Their practice is focused on high yield bonds and equity capital markets transactions, with a particular emphasis on cross border securities offerings across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions. They have advised and represented issuers, financial institutions and underwriters on high yield bond offerings, initial public offerings, refinancing, restructuring and leveraged finance transactions.
