Primary Focus & Experience

• The lenders in connection with the back leveraged construction financing of a 268.5 MW capacity wind facility in Seneca, Erie, and Huron counties, Ohio.
• BlackRock, Nuveen and Vantage Infrastructure in connection with the $250 million upsizing of the financing for Budderfly, Inc., an energy efficiency management services company.
• The lenders in connection with the financing of the Blackcomb Pipeline, an approximately 2.5 Bcf/d natural gas pipeline system comprised of an approximately 367-mile, 42-inch natural gas pipeline linking the Waha Hub to the Agua Dulce Hub and an approximately 80-mile, 42-inch lateral pipeline into the Midland Basin in Texas and the Traverse Pipeline, an approximately 152-mile, 42-inch pipeline in Texas (named “Midstream Deal of the Year, North America” by IJGlobal).
• The lenders in connection with the debt financing for the acquisition by MidOcean Energy Holdings Limited of a 20% equity interest in the North Montney Upstream Joint Venture, which holds PETRONAS’ upstream investment in Canada, and 20% interest in the North Montney LNG Limited Partnership, which holds PETRONAS’ 25% participating interest in the LNG Canada Project, providing MidOcean strategic positions across the LNG value chain, securing upstream natural gas assets and downstream liquefaction through the LNG Canada Project’s LNG export chain based in Alberta, Canada.
