He specializes in Corporate law, M&A transactions and private equity with a focus on cross-border acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, restructurings and joint ventures. David Schwenneker advises national and international financial investors, corporations and institutional investors on complex transactions, among others, in the infrastructure sector.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, he worked in the Munich office of a “Magic Circle” law firm. David Schwenneker studied law at the University of Munich and at King’s College London (LL.M).
He is admitted to the German bar and is fluent in German, English and French.
