Primary Focus & Experience

Daniele focuses on international capital markets and financing transactions, including high yield debt, equity capital markets and cross-border securities offerings. He advises issuers, sponsors and underwriters across a broad range of sectors and jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Milbank, Daniele practiced in the Capital Markets group of an international law firm in Milan, where he focused primarily on equity capital markets.

Recent deal experience includes advising: 

• On TeamSystem’s €700 million senior secured fixed rate notes.
• The underwriters on Bending Spoons’ Nasdaq IPO.
• The underwriters on the IPO and Nasdaq Copenhagen listing of InstallatørGruppen A/S.
• On CrediaBank’s €300 million equity offering.
• On KIKO’s €540 million high yield bond offering.
