Primary Focus & Experience

Daniel's practice focuses on private equity transactions. Daniel has experience advising on various forms of domestic and cross-border M&A and other corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts (primary and secondary), minority investing, consortium deals, portfolio company bolt-on acquisitions and management incentivization.

Daniel has recently represented:

• Investindustrial on the acquisition of DCC Healthcare
• Allianz X on Ualá’s $300M Series E Investment Round
• The founders and controlling shareholders of Acturis on investment by Astorg
• ICG and the British and Irish Modern Music Institute on its acquisition of MetFilm School
• BC Partners on its acquisition of the majority stake in Metropolitan College and AKMI IEK
• Correlation One Holdings Limited on the sale of Animal Friends Investments Ltd and the establishment of a pan-European strategic partnership with Pinnacle Pet Group
• Universal Partners and other selling shareholders on the sale of Dentex Healthcare Group*
• Vitruvian Partners on its co-investment in CFC Underwriting alongside EQT*
• The management team of HKA Group on the sale of HKA Group by Bridgepoint to PAI Partners*
• Vitruvian Partners on its minority investment in the Carne Group*
