Mr. Rezende’s practice focuses on the representation of lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. He has worked for a variety of clients on matters involving bespoke financing solutions for direct lending and private credit transactions, rescue and distressed credits, liability management exercises and structured investments.
