Ms. Sonageri’s recent representations include:
- Onward Energy in the acquisition of 100% of the cash equity interests in various tax equity partnerships owned by affiliates of Global Atlantic Financial Group. The portfolio consists of approx. 1,171 MW dc operating solar portfolio of 11 utility-scale solar PV projects located across eight states.
- GCT in the competitive sell-side auction sale process and sale of its US terminals, GCT New York on Staten Island, NY, and GCT Bayonne in Bayonne, NJ to CMA CGM, a French container transportation and shipping company.
- BCPG on Its Investment in Two Natural Gas Power Plants in the US.
- OMERS in its joint sale with Enagás of their combined 80% interest in GNLQ, an LNG terminal and liquefaction facility, to EIG and Fluxys.
- Cathcart Rail in its acquisition of the railcar repair business of The Andersons, Inc.
- Ullico Infrastructure Fund in its acquisition of Hearthstone Utilities, which owns and operates six natural gas local distribution companies across five states in the United States.
- Carlyle Aviation Partners in its acquisition of Fly Leasing Limited in a transaction valued at approximately $2.36 billion.
