Beryl Yan is an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group.
Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Yan’s practice focuses on the representation of lenders, sponsors, financial institutions and other project participants in connection with domestic and international project finance transactions.
Prior to joining Milbank, Ms. Yan practiced in the Melbourne office of a leading Australian law firm.

Beryl Yan earned her J.D. from the University of Melbourne and is admitted to practice in New York and Victoria, Australia. She received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
