Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Kastner’s practice includes representing banks and other financial institutions in a wide variety of financing and credit derivative transactions. Mr. Kastner also advises sell-side and buy-side clients in connection with credit default swap positions and related debt instruments. His experience includes structured investments, secured lending and asset-based lending, including facilities secured by solar assets, consumer receivables and various debt instruments.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Kastner received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, and he received his B.S. from University of Maryland-College Park.
