Primary Focus and Experience
Ms. Vincent focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on real estate finance and related acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture investments, and workouts. She regularly advises lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors and investment funds in connection with mortgage, mezzanine, portfolio and construction financings across a variety of asset classes, including hospitality, multifamily residential, industrial, mixed-use and data center properties. Ms. Vincent has experience representing clients in complex financing and development transactions throughout the United States.
