Primary Focus & Experience
Atul has experience acting on a broad range of financing matters, with specific experience in infrastructure acquisition financings and refinancings, acting for both sponsors and finance providers. He has experience in bank lending and structured financing platforms across a spectrum of infrastructure assets.
A selection of Atul's experience includes advising:
- Basalt Infrastructure Partners and Fiera Infrastructure on a platform refinancing for UK ferry operator, Wightlink*
- NeXtWind on the English law aspects of its EUR1.43bn syndicated facility, the largest of its kind for an independent wind energy provider in Germany*
- Arjun Infrastructure in relation to the financing of its UK solar portfolio*
- The lenders to Arcus Infrastructure in relation to its acquisition of Workdry International, one of the UK’s leading providers of water pumps and industrial wastewater treatment products and services.*
