Anna's practice focuses on the representation of project sponsors and financial institutions on a range of U.S. and cross-border projects financings across the renewable energy and digital infrastructure sectors.
Her recent experience includes the representation of:
- EVgo as sponsor in connection with the $225 million financing of a portfolio of EV charging stalls located across the United States.
- The purchasers in a $500 million supplemental issuance of notes in connection with the refinancing of 70+ hydroelectric dams across the United States.
- The lender in connection with the backleverage loan financing for the operation of a 300 MW wind facility located in Texas.
- The lenders in connection with the financing for a combined fuel cell and thermal loop facility located in Connecticut.
- The lender in connection with the construction and ITC bridge loan financing for a portfolio of landfill gas to RNG projects located across the United States.
- The lenders in connection with the $1.04 billion refinancing of Boldyn Network’s digital infrastructure operations across the United States.
- The lenders in connection with a $450 million warehouse revolving credit facility supporting the construction of several portfolios of community and C&I solar projects located throughout the United States.
- Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First-Citizens Bank, ING, Cadence Bank and National Bank of Canada in connection with the $200 million funding and term conversion of several community solar projects located in New York, California, Virginia and New Jersey.
- The lenders in connection with the $650 million debt financing for the acquisition by a joint venture between KKR and PSP of a 19.9% minority equity interest in AEP’s Ohio, Indiana and Michigan transmission companies.
- The sponsor in connection with the $370 million refinancing of its internet and cable business operating in the southeastern U.S.

Anna earned her Juris Doctorate with Honors from Emory University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of Emory Law Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University in Biology and Philosophy with Honors.
