Primary Focus & Experience

Andy's recent experience includes the representation of:

• The lenders to Global Infrastructure Partners in connection with its acquisition of Eversource Energy’s 50% interest in the South Fork and Revolution Wind projects located off the coast of New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island for approximately $1.1 billion.
• CleanCapital in its investment in, and joint venture with, affiliates of Sunrock Distributed Generation Inc. to identify, develop, construct, finance and operate a portfolio of solar assets across the United States.
• The loan parties in connection with the financing of the acquisition of over 3 GW of top-performing renewable, energy storage, flexible gas and renewable fuels generation capacity and approximately 1.8 GW of development projects, both of which throughout the US and Canada.
• Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP in connection with the financing of the development of a carbon capture, transportation and sequestration project in the states of Wyoming, Colorado, Iowa Nebraska and Iowa.  
• The lenders in connection with the acquisition by Stonepeak of a 40% stake in Louisiana LNG Infrastructure LLC, a joint venture with Woodside Energy Group Ltd., who is the owner of a liquefied natural gas production and export terminal in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
