Andrew’s practice focuses on infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on renewable energy projects. He has represented lenders, tax equity investors and sponsors in connection with various financing and development transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Woods earned his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law where he was a research editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. He received an M.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California.
