Primary Focus & Experience
Andrew has a particular focus on aviation. He has advised major international financial institutions, insurers, borrowers, operating lessors and airlines on a wide array of fund financing, margin lending and commercial aviation transactions.
Andrew's experience includes secured and unsecured commercial debt financings, capital markets transactions (including enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETCs)), ABS, AFIC transactions, Japanese operating leases, pre-delivery payment financing, export credit agency related transactions, operating leasing, individual aircraft and portfolio sales, negotiation of engine maintenance contracts, engine financing, subscription line and general partner financing and stock margin lending.
