Alexander's practice focuses on financial restructuring and insolvency law. Alexander has expertise advising clients on complex, cross-border restructurings, recapitalization transactions and insolvency matters across a variety of industry sectors and asset classes.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Alexander studied law at the university of Bonn. As part of his training, he gained practical experience at international law firms in Germany.

He is admitted to the German bar and speaks German and English.
