Alexander Chan

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Chan’s practice focuses on the representation of borrowers, operators and financial institutions on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate and financing matters across the transportation and digital infrastructure sectors.  His practice spans secured and unsecured lending, financial restructurings, and commercial transactions throughout the digital infrastructure value chain across multiple asset classes, with a focus on transportation and equipment assets.

Mr. Chan earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and his B.A. from the University of Toronto.
