Alejandro has extensive experience in public and private international capital markets and finance transactions and has advised issuers, underwriters, sponsors and investors on investment-grade and high-yield bond offerings, equity offerings, private placements, financial restructurings, liability management transactions and redomiciliations.

- Lone Star Funds in connection with financing transactions for its dual acquisition and future combination of RadiciGroup’s high performance polymers and specialty chemicals business areas, and DOMO Engineered Materials.*
- Gestamp Automoción, S.A. (BME: GEST) in connection with its €500 million senior secured notes offering.*
- Wagamama, a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management, Inc., in connection with its £330 million senior secured notes offering.*
- Staples Inc., a portfolio company of Sycamore Partners, in connection with its debt refinancing, consisting of, inter alia, (i) a $2.375 billion offering of first lien secured notes, (ii) an approximately $830 million exchange offer for existing unsecured notes and (iii) a $1.6 billion term loan facility.*
- Atlas Luxco S.à r.l., in connection with €8 billion in debt financing for public tender offers to take Millicom International Cellular S.A. private.*
- Portfolio companies of KKR & Co. Inc., in connection with private placements of debt securities.*
- Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) in connection with its:
- $13 billion offering of senior notes to finance its acquisitions of Karuna Therapeutics, Inc. and RayzeBio, Inc.*
- $4.5 billion offering of senior notes to finance its acquisition of Mirati Therapeutics, Inc.*
- Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) in connection with its:
- $5 billion offering of senior notes.*
- $6.5 billion offering of senior notes.*
- $8 billion commercial paper program.*
- Ferguson Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: FERG), formerly Ferguson plc, in connection with transactions to redomicile its ultimate parent company from the Bailiwick of Jersey to Delaware.*
- Klöckner Pentaplast, in connection with various refinancing and liability management transactions, including Klöckner Pentaplast of America, Inc.‘s and 24 of its affiliates’ voluntary prepackaged Chapter 11 proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.*
- Hilong Holding Limited (HKSE:1623) in connection with a successful offshore debt restructuring of its US$397 million senior secured notes.*
- The ad hoc group of bondholders in connection with a restructuring of the offshore debt of Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (HKSE: 1777).*
- Consolis Group, in connection with a successful recapitalization.*
