Primary Focus & Experience
Aarom advises on cross-border aircraft finance and leasing transactions, including delivery financings, sales and novations, refinancings, prepayments and terminations. Aarom has acted for all industry participants, including leasing companies, manufacturers, airlines, financiers and Export Credit Agencies. Aarom has recently advised on a series of commercial debt financings and several lease transactions involving all major aircraft types and lessors.
