Milbank’s Singapore-based Transportation and Space partner Paul Ng was a recent guest lecturer at the National University of Singapore (NUS) on November 3rd, and at New York University Shanghai (NYU Shanghai) on November 9th. Mr. Ng presented virtual lessons: “An Introduction to Portfolio Acquisitions of Aircraft and Engines” to students in the post-graduate Aviation Law and Policy class at NUS, and “Private Equity Investment in Aviation Assets: A Case Study” to students in the post-graduate business course Private Equity and Venture Capitalism in Emerging Markets at NYU Shanghai.
