Special Counsel Nathaniel Browand to Moderate Roundtable on AI and Trade Secret Protection at LSPN North America

Milbank LLP Intellectual property special counsel Nathaniel Browand has been added to the roster of speakers at Life Sciences Patent Network (LSPN) North America 2022 Protecting and Leveraging Innovation in the Life Sciences conference. On Thursday, May 12 at 11:10 am ET, Mr. Browand will host a roundtable discussion titled “AI: Assessing Trade Secret Protection.” As previously reported, Milbank’s intellectual property partner David Gindler will present at the LSPN North America. Mr. Gindler’s session titled “US Patent Landscape Outlook: What are the Main Challenges Facing the US Patent System and how do we Prepare for them?” is scheduled for Wednesday, May 11 at 9:10 am ET.
