The two-day forum discussed the focus shifting from traditional outsourcing to upfront transformation, automation and the way organizations are recognizing that next-generation solutions can revolutionize the way they do business, and that “buying” capabilities in the marketplace is likely faster and more scalable than developing capabilities internally.
