The selection process is based on extensive peer review research involving the surveying of thousands of in-house counsel and private practice practitioners worldwide.
The accolade follows a stream of awards for Lisa over the past few years including most recently being named Corporate and Commercial: Individual (London) of the Year by Legal 500 UK 2020, Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Year in Mergers and Acquisitions by Law360, the M&A Deal of the Year International M&A Award from The M&A Advisor for advising Praxair Inc on its US$10 billion divestment of assets in Europe, North America and South America (required for the consummation of the US$90 billion Praxair-Linde merger), and was previously named Best in Mergers & Acquisitions by Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Women in Business Law Awards - Europe.
