Financial Restructuring partner Dennis Dunne will be a speaker at National Bankruptcy Conference’s Rethinking Chapter 11 conference being held May 28-29, 2015 in Washington, DC. Mr. Dunne’s session is titled "Bankruptcy and the Trust Indenture Act." This conference brings together lawyers, judges, insolvency professionals, and academics under the Chatham House rule to discuss the fundamental challenges facing the law of corporate reorganizations. There will be a focus on proposals from the National Bankruptcy Conference and the ABI Commission on Bankruptcy Reform.
