Milbank Financial Restructuring partner Dennis Dunne will speak at the annual Global High Yield & Leveraged Finance Conference hosted by JP Morgan on February 24 – 26, 2020 in Miami, Florida. This conference will feature issuing companies across all sectors, with more than 200 presenting companies and 1,000 representatives from major institutions expected to be in attendance.
A distinguished restructuring practitioner, author and speaker, Mr. Dunne is a member of Milbank’s Global Executive Committee and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group. Mr. Dunne has extensive experience in representing companies and creditors in reorganization cases and out-of-court workouts, acquirors of financially distressed companies, providers of financing, and board of directors of public and private companies. He is a Fellow in the International Insolvency Institute, and has been elected as Conferee to the National Bankruptcy Conference (NBC), a non-partisan organization of approximately 60 leading bankruptcy lawyers, law professors and judges selected to advise Congress on bankruptcy law and policy. Mr. Dunne currently serves on the Executive Committee of the NBC. He is a frequent speaker at conferences sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges and other organizations.
