Litigation partner Antonia Apps was a panelist at the American Bar Association’s 29th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime taking place in New Orleans on Thursday, March 5, 2015. The panel, titled “Hot Topics and Emerging Trends in Insider Trading Law,” reviewed emerging trends and developments in the law of insider trading, including recent prosecutions, investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions, court decisions, and priorities of the DOJ and SEC, and considered strategies for defending such cases.
