Milbank LLP is advising GCA Advisors as financial advisors to the Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX) in the acquisition by NYSE-operator Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (NYSE: ICE.N), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data and listings services. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018.
