Milbank Litigation partner Mona Vaswani will co-chair and speak at this year’s virtual C5 International Fraud and Asset Tracing Conference on March 23-25.
This leading annual conference, usually held in Geneva, is a centerpiece event for practitioners specializing in international fraud and asset tracing disputes. This event is usually attended by over 150 delegates, comprising leading practitioners in the field from numerous jurisdictions.
Mona will be speaking on a panel on 23 March at 3pm (GMT) on “The Evolving Fraudster Playbook: Inside the Newest Litigation Tactics and Strategies of Fraudsters and Their Outside Counsel - and How to Respond.”
