The discussion covered best practices in the use of experts, common pitfalls in cross-border competition claims and approaches to managing costs in long-running cases. The session also examined whether the arrival of a new President may signal changes in case management before the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) and beyond.
The Summit, organized by ThoughtLeaders4 Competition, brought together private practitioners, in-house counsel, economists and representatives from regulatory bodies across Europe.
