Mr. Sutto is a member of Milbank's Global Leveraged Finance Group in the firm's Hong Kong office. He has extensive experience advising many of the world's leading international investment banks, alternative credit providers and financial sponsors in connection with their complex, cross-border financing transactions. Mr. Sutto regularly represents clients throughout APAC and Europe, and his expertise spans a wide range of financing products, including acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate and syndicated lending, holdco and mezzanine financing, minority back leveraged financing, margin loans, unitranche facilities, high-yield bonds and super senior revolving credit facilities.
Earlier this year, Mr. Sutto was promoted to special counsel at Milbank in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the firm's leveraged finance practice and his commitment to providing excellent client service.
