Milbank LLP Antitrust special counsel Anastasia Pastan will speak at the 2026 Competition Mid-Year Conference, hosted by the International Bar Association (IBA), taking place from May 28- 29 in Amsterdam.
Ms. Pastan will moderate the “Antitrust Law Before the Civil Courts and Damages Actions” panel, which will focus on the expansion of private antitrust actions in the UK and EU, including topics such as novel substantive theories, reliance on experts and calculation of damages. The panel will also examine the damages actions emerging from the enforcement actions taken under the Digital Markets Act.
