  • Debt & Equity-linked: Government of Mongolia's liability management and sovereign bond
A Milbank team represented the Government of Mongolia in its bond purchase offers. The transaction was unique in that it brought in urgently needed funding to Mongolia a mere two months after its former prime minister was removed from office.

NetLink is the sole provider of residential fibre network, under the government-led “Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network” initiative.
  • Equity: VietJet Aviation IPO
A Milbank team advised the placement agents in the initial public offering of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company. The approximately $170 million offering of 44.78 million shares represented the largest IPO in Vietnam’s history and the country’s first internationally marketed IPO at the time.
  • Project Finance: Cirebon II IPP
A Milbank team is advising the Finance Parties through the fight lay complex Indonesian regulatory requirements on the development and financing of a 1,000MW coal-powered electricity generation plant in Cirebon, West Java. A Milbank team represented PT Supreme Energy Muara Laboh (SEML) in connection with the development of an 80-megawatt geothermal facility at Muara Laboh in Indonesia.
