For the third consecutive year, Mark C. Scarsi, Los Angeles Intellectual Property partner, has been selected by the Daily Journal as one of California’s “Top 75 IP Litigators.”
The Daily Journal’s annual “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers” list recognizes one hundred of the state’s leading 100 intellectual property lawyers in California, including the top 75 IP litigators, and 25 portfolio managers and patent prosecutors. Each year, attorneys are selected for achievements that have advanced intellectual property law.
Mr. Scarsi, who is a co-managing partner of Milbank’s Los Angeles office, has litigated intellectual property cases in district courts around the country, as well as before the US International Trade Commission. Earlier this year, Mr. Scarsi was recognized for a litigation victory in a patent infringement suit for Apple Inc. which was named a “Top 20 Defense Result of 2014” by the Daily Journal.
