Milbank LLP represented a leading Chinese real estate company and urban development service provider in a joint venture in connection with mortgage financing provided by Bank of the Ozarks and mezzanine financing from iStar Inc. The financing will be used for the construction and development of luxury condominium units at 10 Nevins Street in Brooklyn, New York.
The transaction closed on January 4, 2018.
