Milbank Represents Initial Purchasers in $300 Million Notes Offering by Banco de Crédito del Perú

NEW YORK, October 25, 2016 – Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy represented the initial purchasers in the $300 million offering of Senior Notes due 2019 by Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), the largest bank and the leading supplier of integrated financial services in Perú.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Milbank team was led by Global Capital Markets partner Marcelo Mottesi along with associates Gladisley Sanchez, Kristina Rochester, and international associate Héctor Hoyos. The Tax team was led by partner Andrew Walker along with associate Jules Mugema.
