Milbank LLP is ranked 10th in the “breadth of commitment” category in The American Lawyer 2023 Pro Bono Scorecard. The firm was ranked 13th on last year’s list.
The American Lawyer grades the top 200 US law firms on breadth of pro bono commitment based on the percentage of US lawyers with more than 20 hours of pro bono service. In 2022, 86% of Milbank’s US attorneys reached the 20-hour level, contributing an average of 75 hours per lawyer. The firm provided 59,000 pro bono hours worldwide.
Milbank also rose in The American Lawyer overall national pro bono rankings, to 17th from 19th.
