Global Leveraged Finance partners Michael Bellucci and Jerome McCluskey of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP presented at The LSTA’s Complete Credit Agreement Teach-In over the course of two half days on Wednesday, June 21st and Thursday, June 22nd. At the teach-in, Mr. Bellucci and Mr. McCluskey presented a high-level walk-through of the 2nd Edition of the “The LSTA’s Complete Credit Agreement Guide,” which they co-authored. Attendees included attorneys who are interested in learning more about credit documentation as well as sell-side and buy-side professionals involved in credit documentation through structuring, origination, syndication, operations and settlement.
