Milbank LLP Corporate Finance and Securities chair and co-head of the Latin America group Marcelo Mottesi and Corporate Finance and Securities partner Adam Brenneman have been named to the Latinvex 2026 list of Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers.
Marcelo was recognized in the Capital Markets category, particularly for his recent work advising Saavi Energía in its inaugural offering of $1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of 8.875% senior notes, the largest holding company bond ever issued out of Latin America. Adam was recognized in both the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets categories for key work advising the joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners in connection with Mexican natural gas pipeline operator Esentia Energy Development’s $2 billion aggregate principal amount debt insurance.
