Jay Grushkin and James Warbey, partners in the Alternative Investments Group in the New York and London offices, respectively, will speak at the 3rd Annual European CLO Congress in London on September 28-29, 2015. Mr. Grushkin will be a panelist on the topic of “Maximizing the CLO investor base: Overcoming the implications of satisfying EU and US regulatory requirements.” Mr. Warbey, in addition to moderating a breakout session called “Scrutinising the regulatory requirements of CLOs in Europe from all angles,” will give a presentation entitled “What developments are needed to take originator structures off the ground?” The European CLO Congress, hosted by Euromoney, engages influential stakeholders in the CLO market in thoughtful discussions on regulation, trends and innovation in the industry.
