Milbank Financial Institutions Regulatory partner Douglas Landy and Technology partner Nicholas Smith will be presenting at the ICC Banking Commission Annual Meeting on April 4, 2018 in Miami, Florida. Mr. Landy and Mr. Smith will be presenting to the ICC Banking Law Committee to discuss U.S. regulatory updates, particularly on changes to the Volcker Rule, cyber security and block chain. The ICC Banking Commission meetings are the only events of their kind gathering over 500+ banking executives and government officials from more than 65 countries to rethink the future of trade finance.
