Milbank LLP Transportation and Space partners Dara Panahy and Patrick Campbell moderated panels at the Summit for Satellite Financing during Novaspace’s World Space Business Week.
Mr. Panahy, leading the “The Top Financial Stakes for the Space Industry” panel, was joined by speakers from Guggenheim Partners, JP Morgan, PJT Partners and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Panahy’s practice focuses on the representation of satellite and space infrastructure operators, aerospace manufacturers, launch services providers, communications companies, banks, private equity firms and hedge funds in debt and equity offerings, project, structured and vendor financings, mergers & acquisitions, financial restructurings and negotiating commercial contracts.
Mr. Campbell, leading the “Venture Capital: Space Pure Players” panel, was joined by speakers from Alpine Space Venture, Seraphim Space, DCVC and E2MC Space. Mr. Campbell’s practice focuses on transactional, corporate and regulatory matters, working extensively on such matters on behalf of numerous domestic and foreign telecommunications, satellite, media and Internet companies.
