Ms. Johnson, Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Transportation and Space globally, will moderate the “Transportation ABS: Aircraft, Leasing, Shipping & Trucks” panel, with panelists discussing factors contributing to the revival of the aircraft ABS market in 2025 and the influence of changes in global air traffic and aircraft demand; transparency in aircraft ABS valuations; private markets as an alternative to traditional transport ABS; sub-sectors positioned for the highest growth in 2025 (including aircraft, equipment leasing, container shipping) and more. Ms. Johnson’s practice focuses on aviation and digital infrastructure across a variety of international and corporate transactions, structured finance transactions, including ABS and portfolio securitizations involving digital assets, esoteric assets, aviation and space and other asset classes, corporate platform formations with dynamic capital structures, CLOs (including nontraditional CLOs), acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions, secured lending and restructuring.

Mr. Campbell will moderate the “Digital Infrastructure” panel, with panelists discussing guiding issuers in the data center space, between the ABS and CMBS markets; tower issuances and small cell deployments; hyperscale versus colocation data centers in master trust structures; and the rapid expansion of AI-driven demand. Mr. Campbell’s practice focuses on transactional, corporate and regulatory matters in the digital infrastructure space, with extensive experience on such matters on behalf of domestic and foreign fiber optic, wireless, data center, tower, satellite, computing service, media and Internet companies, as well as banks, private equity firms and other entities.

The event will explore key developments across multiple esoteric asset classes, including digital infrastructure, energy, IP rights, transportation and corporate finance, addressing the growing role of securitization in data centers and 5G infrastructure, the consolidation of music royalty ABS and the factors driving the recovery of aircraft-backed deals in 2025.
