Milbank LLP Transportation and Space partner and practice group leader Alexandra Johnson and Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance partner Carolina Walther-Meade were named 2025 Lawyers of the Year in their respective practice areas at the Women in Business Law Americas Awards event held on June 17 in New York.
Ms. Johnson’s experience includes a wide variety of structured finance transactions, international transactions and corporate transactions. She focuses on transportation and equipment assets, digital infrastructure, esoteric assets and space assets in the capital markets, the bank markets and the alternative lending markets.
Ms. Walther-Meade has extensive experience in cross-border financings and international project finance and development, with an emphasis on infrastructure (including digital infrastructure), energy, oil and gas, and mining throughout the Americas. She has also been involved in numerous multijurisdictional acquisition financings and structured financings in the region.
In all, seven Milbank partners were shortlisted for Lawyer of the Year honors.
